CATL establishes strategic partnetship with Green Development Group for green transportation
On July 16, CATL signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Green Development Group of Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group.
Under the agreement, both parties will set up extensive cooperation in multiple sectors such as the electrification of commercial vehicles, battery asset management, and echelon utilization of battery cells, and will establish a long-term, stable partnership to step up the rapid development of green transportation in Shaanxi and across the country.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group, Green Development Group focuses on the development of "transportation + new energy" related industries and strategic emerging industries like energy-saving and environmental protection technology and services. It is committed to growing into an industry-leading clean energy service provider in the transportation field, as well as a green industry chain service provider in China. By leveraging its well-established presence across the industry chain and advanced battery technology, CATL will make a joint effort with Green Development Group to promote the high-quality and integrated development of transportation and energy in Shaanxi Province.
